Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed, paid enrollments invoiced by Net DevTools. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Consumer rights under Korean law that cannot be waived remain available where they apply.

Timeframe

Request a full refund within 7 days of payment confirmation if you have not accessed more than one recorded module and have not attended a live office-hour session.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refund: unused Desk Pass or Studio Seat within the 7-day window above. Partial refund (50%): Studio Seat canceled between day 8 and the second live session, provided recorded access is revoked. After the second live session, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Non-refundable items

Custom workshop design fees, completed Cohort Bench kickoff facilitation, and third-party platform costs itemized separately on an invoice are non-refundable once work has started.

Refund process

Email info@net-devtools.digital with your invoice number, seat type, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add delay for international wires.

Cancellation

You may cancel future access; cancellation does not by itself create a refund beyond the rules above. Net DevTools may cancel a cohort date and will offer a transfer or full refund of prepaid cohort fees.

Exceptions

Documented medical or bereavement interruptions may qualify for a freeze or partial credit at our discretion. Duplicate payments are refunded in full once verified.
